Everest Renjo-La Pass Trek

Everest Renjo La Pass trek is one of the well accepted trekking routes in the Everest region. This trekking trail is celebrated by both who have already have surmount over Everest base camp and others who have not. This trekking trial lead us to the high pass (Renjo La) which is situated in between Thame which is on the way to Tibet boarder Nag pa la and Gokyo valley. On the way to Namche and Thame you can enjoy the Sherpa culture life style, Tibetan migrant with their yak caravan and Buddhist monasteries. We can hike up to Tashi Laptsa pass and hike back to Thame. After resting in Thame we will start crossing the Renjo La which is daredevil kind of task to do. Now and then crossing this pass becomes impossible without a fishing ropes, crampons and ice axe due to heavy snowfall.
Everest Renjo la pass trek is the ideal destination for those who want to trek through high passes but nor tricky.This trekking trail is mainly known for its astounding Gokyo RI and the spectacular Renjo la pass. The distant view of Bhote Koshi and the Gokyo valley is equally fascinating.

Everest Renjo-La pass trek Itinerary
Day01: From Tribhuban International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel room. In the afternoon we will invite you to our office for briefing about the each day program. Today we will hand over your Sagarmatha National Park Permits and TIMS.
Day02: After having breakfast we will do some sightseeing which includes Pashupatinath Swoyambhunath and Bouddhanath.
Day03: Enjoy the most scenic 30minutes flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. As you reach Lukla start the Everest Base Camp Trek to Phakding via Chaurikharka and Chhuplung. Overnight at Phakding (2640m).
Day04:Early in the morning after having breakfast trek to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar(3435m) via Jhorsalle. From Namche we can see the first glance of Everest.
Day05: Today we will acclimatize at Namche Bazaar. Today we may rest or hike through the village of Khunde and Khumjung. Khumjung is the largest village of Khumbu region. After having lunch we will hike back to Namche Bazaar.
Day06: Trek for around six and half hours for Thame (3820m) which is the end of Khumbu valley. In our whole trek we will see prayer flags, chorten and the fixed Mani stones.
Day07: Trek to Lung den (4500m) which takes around six hours. We sometime share the trail with Tibetan Yak caravans because it is trading route to Namche to Tibet. Overnight at Lung den.
Day08: Relaxing day at Lung den. Explore the area and visit Nakpa valley which fall on the old trade route to Tibet. You too can hike to Darkyachhulung peak, visit Marlung and hike to Cho Relmo. Overnight at Lung den.
Day09: Trek to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass (5415m) which takes around 6 hours. The whole trial is zigzag with sandy ridges. The view of Tengboche Monastery, Kalapathhar, and Cho La glacier from the top is captivating. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day10: From early in the morning climb for one hour Gokyo Peak. The first half an hour of the climb is very steep.
Day11: Trek to Dole. Which require 5 to 6 hours?
Day12: Trek to Namche which require 4 to 5 hours
Day13: Trek to Lukla. Which require 5 to 6 hours?
Day14: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Transfer to your hotel
Day15: Departure for your onward flight.
