The trek from Shivalaya to Everest base camp via Lukla is hard slog and pretty sparse in the breathing views department but you will at least shake the crowds. today we will trek to Bhandar via Bharkaur, Mali Danda(2440m), Khimti valley Yelung Khola, Shivalaya, Deorali(2710m), Sangbadanda(2180m), Khasrubas(2330m) and Mahabir(2590m). The path is somewhere uphill wheres somewhere it is downhill. Overnight at tea house.
walking from Bhandar the trail is downhill to the village of Doharpa and Baranda until crossing the steel bridge at Tharo Khola(1480m). Preceding our trek to the east bank of the river we will climb uphill towards Kinja and continue our trek to Sete. Overnight at teahouse.
Today we will trek from Sete to Junbesi (2700m). The path is scenic walking through the Rhododendron, Magnolia, Maple and Birch. This trail is also well known for spotting birds like sunbirds. The highest point of today’s trek is Lamjura Bhanjyang between Jiri. Passing through the small village of Tragdobuk (2830m). Continue our trek we will be at Junbesi. Overnight at teahouse.

trek downhill to Dudh Koshi and cross the river using 110m long suspension bridge. We will continue our trek to Jubing (1680m), Khari Khola (2010m) until we reach Bupsa. Overnight at teahouse.
Starting with a gentle climb we pass to the village of Kharte from where we can witness the vista of Cho Oyu (8201m). we continue our climb until we reach Khari La Pass at an altitude of 2840m.walk downhill to the gorge og Paiya Khola after crossing the bridge over it we reach to the small settlement of Puiyan(2730m). After Puiyan the trail is zigzag and the trail offers the good view of Khumbu region and the trail descents to Surke (2290m). Preceding our walk further passing through Mani Walls we will reach the village of Chheplung. Overnight at teahouse.
After leaving Chepplung we will continue of walk to Tharo Koshi River. After crossing the river the trail ascends to Ghat (2600m) and walk climp to Phakding. We climb over steep and stony rim towards Benkar (2630m). Continueing our trek we cross the Kyashar Khola River and climb for Monjo (2840m). Just away from Monjo we enter Sagarmatha National Park. From here after crossing few rivers and climbs we will reach Namche Bazaar (3440m). Namche Bazaar is the main trading center of this region with hotels, lodges and restaurants.
Today we may rest or hike through the village of Khunde and Khumjung. Khumjung is the largest village of Khumbu region. After having lunch we will hike back to Namche Bazaar.
We leave the village and climb in the top of the ridge to see the excellent vista of Thamserku, Kantega and Kusum Kangru. To the right of us is a steep cliff that forms DudhKoshi. As we make our way out we see Ama Dablam, Everest, Nuptse and Lhotse. After a slight descent the mountain path ends and we come through the fork that leads to Gokyo. Walking continuously and passing the villages of Trashinga and Phunki Tenga we climb to Tengboche. The first half of the climb is quite steep. Continuing our climb we come through the stone gate built by Lama which is the entrance gate to Tengboche. Tengboche has sufficient hotels and lodges. Tengboche is the important site to see the sunset on Everest and Ama Dablam. Overnight at guesthouse.
After having breakfast we leave for Dingboche via Deboche village, Minlinggo, Pangboche and Imjastse. Thoughout the trail we can see the spectacular vista of Ama Dablam, Island Peak, Kantega, Nuptse and Lhotse. Dingboche is a beautiful village enclosed by stone wall. Overnight at teahouse.
From Dingboche we can see some breathtaking views of North face of Ama Dablam and Lhotse-Nuptse ridge as we explore the valley that take us to Island peak. Another option can be hike to Nagarjun hill from where we can see the vista of Island peak with many others.
after having breakfast we continue today’s trek to Lobuche. After walking 40 minutes from Dingboche we arrive to Chorten Prayer Stupa. On looking down we see the village of Pheriche. The route offers the majestiv views of Mt Tawache, Ama Dablam and Nuptse. Crossing the river of Khumbu glacier near Dukla we continue our trek for a while and have our lunch at Dukla. Preceding our walk we will arrive to the village of Lobuche. Overnight at teahouse.
Following the rocky moraine path and watching icy glacial pond and icebergs below the Khumbu glacier a short downhill walk after the last rocky moraine dunes bring us to Gorakshep. Initially used as Everest base camp (new camp further up in the valley), Gorakshep is located below Kala Pathhar (5545m) and Mt Pumori. Now the trail continues through rocky path and Khumbu glacier. In the route the view of Nuptse, Lhotse and Khumbtse appear in front of us.

From Kala Pathar one can see Mt Everest, Mt Pumori, Lingtren, Khumbetse, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku along with many other. Climb downhill have lunch and trek to Pheriche.
