Kanchenjunga Trek

Kanchenjunga trek lies in the eastern Nepal. Rai and limbu are the dominant ethnic group living here. Kanchenjunga which is regarded as the mountain of jewels is the third tallest peak in the world with the height of 8586m.Regardless of its beauty it is one of the least explored region due to its remoteness. We can see the overwhelming range of Himalayas from the majority of the route trails. Walking through the Rai village, through rhododendron forest and viewing the mountains like Everest, Makalu and Kanchenjunga itself gives you a once in a life time experience.

Since Nepal government opened this trekking route recently it can be the ideal destination for the people who have already been to known areas of Nepal and visit the remote part where very few people have reached. Kanchenjunga will unquestionably surprise with its rich wildlife such as musk deer, blue sheep and yak.
