I will always recommend you reserve the first flight in the morning since flight from Kathmandu/Ramechhap Manthali airport to Lukla Kathmandu to get cancelled due to windy very quickly. So better to reserve morning flight three to six month in advanced.

Pick up at Hotel and transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport. After a short morning flight to Lukla, you’ll be introduced to your guide and porter. Kick off your trek with an easy walk through Chaurikharka village and descent towards Dudhkoshi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft).

 

The trail follows the bank of the Dudhkoshi River until Phadking (2,652m/8,700ft), where we will be staying for the night to acclimatize. Enjoy your free time in Phadking, a popular stopping point.

Phadking to Namche Bazaar Walking Distance: 10-12km (5-6 hours)

You’ll have breakfast in Phadking before gearing up for the trek to Namche Bazaar, the biggest Sherpa village in Nepal. Your trail takes you first over the Dudhkoshi River via a long suspension bridge, and then through a beautiful pine forest to Monju, about two hours away.

 

Soon thereafter, we will approach the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park for a brief permit check and then descend to Dudh Koshi River (spotting Mani stones along the way!) en route to Jorasalle.

 

Lunch will be served here, and then it’s uphill to Namche. Your path along the riverbank is flanked by two crossings, one of which is the Hillary Suspension Bridge. It’s a tough climb up the hill to our resting place, but you'll be rewarded in Namche Bazaar with your first glimpse of Everest in its majesty.

Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Walking Distance: 10km (6 hours)

Breakfast in Namche Bazaar fuels us for another day of trekking towards Everest Base Camp today! Break taking views of the Himalayas - Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde - are some of the highlights not are missed.

 

A short drop takes us to the riverside, and then it's across the river upwards through the forest pass. Brace your legs for a continual uphill trek at this point, alternating between a gradual grade and some seriously steep ground! Your destination, Tengboche, is known as one of the most beautiful places in the Everest region. Its views, which include Ama Dablam, are legendary.

 

We'll stop in on the Tengboche monastery, which is one of the largest in Khumbu. Nourish your spirit with a guided tour of the monastery grounds, followed by chanting and prayer with the resident Buddhist monks.

Tengboche to Dingboche Walking Distance: 11km (6 hours)

Your trek today kicks off with a walk through the rhododendron forest to Debouche followed by a bridge over the raging Imja Khola River. You’ll pass the valley wall and then traverse the plains to Pangboche village, the biggest settlement of Sherpa’s in the region.

 

Enjoy a great opportunity to observe a typical Sherpa village and have lunch with the locals! The intrepid can brave a brief hike to the Pangboche monastery, one of the oldest in the area. Your afternoon trek will be a difficult one, as the landscape gives way to dry; deserted mountains and you hike towards Dingboche.

Dingboche to Lobuche Walking Distance: 11-12 km (6-7 hours)

From here on forth, the trek will move more gradually be more challenging, due to the higher altitude. You past Dungla, but not before a tough, steep walk to the top of a high hill. Here are the memorial stupas dedicated to the climbers and trekkers who lost their lives to Everest over the years.

 

The next part of our adventure brings over craggy mountain terrain to Lobuche, a small settlement with amazing views of Mt. Lobuche, Mt. Pumori and the Nuptse. Prepare to snuggle up for a cold night, as we are now almost three miles above sea level and the evenings can be downright chilly!

Lobuche to Gorkasep and EBC to Gorekshep Distance of walking: 15km (6-8 hours)

This is it! Your big day kicks off with an initial, relatively easy trek from Lobuche to Gorekshep. The subsequent, straight trail to Everest Base Camp is harder, involving rocky dunes and moraine, formed accumulation of unconsolidated glacial debris.

 

On the way to our destination, you will approach the famed Khumbu Glacier and icefall, located on the slopes of Everest. At the Base Camp, your goal, you’ll have the chance (during the spring climbing season) to meet climbers attempting to scale the mountain’s summit.

 

Break out your cameras for unbelievable views of breathtaking beauty. As the afternoon sun starts to wane, we’ll head back to Gorekshep for some much-needed rest and relaxation after a grueling and busy day.

 Gorekshep to Kalapathar and Pheruche Walking distance: 12-13km (5-6 hours)

You wake before dawn today to trek towards Kalapathar (which means "black rock") for a fiery, glorious sunrise over Mt. Everest. The day’s first light will illuminate your spectacular view of Nuptse Cholatse and Lhotse.

 

This may be, of the whole journey, you’re most opportune moment to snap amazing pictures of Everest and its neighboring peaks. Afterwards, it’s back to Gorekshep for breakfast and down in the direction of Pheruche, your accommodation stop. Your pace will be a lot brisker as you descend, and the walking is easier going this way.

Pheruche to Namche Distance of walking: 13-15km (7-8 hours)

The walk from Pheruche back to Tengboche is mainly downhill, although it does, counter intuitively, require an hour scaling a hill. We'll be in Namche by late afternoon and off to bed before our last day on the mountain.

After breakfast, you trek toward the Hillary Suspension Bridge and then pass through several local villages. Your arrival in Lukla brings an evening in a proper hotel and, traditionally, a party with your trekking crew: you made it! Thanks to great teamwork and perseverance.

Yes, you can get it in Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. As you arrive to airport fill the form and proceed to the visa line. You have to pay 30US$ for 15 days of visa from the day of issue, 50US$ for 30days and 150US$ for 90 days of tourist visa. For this you have to bring two passport size photos.

There are enough airline companies operating daily flights from Middle East of Kathmandu. Kathmandu only has got only international airport in Nepal.

For coming to Nepal you should have both medical and Rescue evacuation insurance. Yes you can get it here, but we recommend purchasing it in your country itself.

In Nepal it rains a lot between Junes to August. You too can enjoy great treks during this period of year in rain shadow region. But if you planning for more popular trek autumn through spring is the best time.

Nepal has modern banking facilities having branches of some international bank.  Almost all foreign currency along with credit card such as American Express, Visa and Master card are accepted. Nepal also has ATM facilities.

It depends; if you’re comparatively fit and enjoy walking then you will definitely find a trekking route to suite you. Obviously shorter trek are easier and longer ones require a better standard of fitness. If you want to go somewhere then we are ready to tailor the tour for you as you can choose the pace.

If you are in good physical condition then you do not require any hiking experience for short trekking. But if you are planning for the longer ones then you should do long day hikes at your home.

Completely, we assure the safety and security of the women travelling with us. We will give you a personal room on lodge and personal tent for camping while trekking.

Permit is not required for trekking in Everest, Annapurna, Langtang and some other regions. However, conservation permits or National park permits are required. There are few restricted trekking areas in Nepal where trekking permits are required.

All the meals are prepared with high standards of hygiene, fruit and vegetables are soaked in iodine before preparation. Most of lodges serve boiled and filter water which is safe. It is also possible to buy the bottle of mineral water in the trek.

All of our guides are trained with first aid and have basic idea about the physical problems that may arise during trekking. If an emergency occur then we will cover initial expenses of rescue operation as these expenses will need to be recovered from your insurance company. For minor cases there are health posts established by foreign doctors and many are staffed by overseas personnel.

You need to pay 20% of total price as advance deposit to conform reservation before arriving to Nepal. Rest of the payment can be paid after arrival day in Kathmandu Nepal

You can bring power bars, cereal bars and similar high energy foods, powder Gatorade is also recommended to fight dehydration.
