Poon hill hot spring trek package is comparatively an easy walk that winds around Gurung villages and dense Rhododendron forest. Himalayas in their best form are viewed from this trekking trail. Maximum height we reach in this trek is 3210m. Poon hill hot spring trek route begins at Naya pool which about one hour drive from Pokhara. During this trekking trail you will pass through beautiful Gurung village’s outstanding landscape and variety of flora and fauna. You will overview the grand south Annapurna (3210) from Ulleri village. Passing through Ghorepani village you bump into beautiful orchids, massive Himalayan bamboo, and dense Rhododendron forest. On the other hand well designed rice field over the entire slope gives you a breathtaking experience. A downhill walk to Ghinudanda through Tadapani Ghandruk will ultimately lead you to the natural hot water spring. From Tribhuban International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon you will invite to visit our office for briefing about the each day program. Today you will receive your Annapurna Conservation Permits and TIMS.
After having breakfast you will start sightseeing which includes Pashupatinath Swoyambhunath and Bhaktpur oldest city in Kathmandu valley
Early in the morning after having breakfast you will start a scenic drive to the beautiful city of Pokhara and transfer your hotel. Afternoon if time permits boating in Phewa lake and visit Barahi temple situated in Center of Phewa Lake, also side trip around lakeside.
After having breakfast early in the morning with one hour drive to Nayapul and you will start your trek to Tikedhunga. At a 30minutes walk from Nayapul you will reach to Birethati, here you have to show your trekking permit and TIMS in the National Park Office. After a short stops, and trail slightly goes Tikedhunga via Burundi Khola, village of Sudame, Mathathati Hille and finally crossing many beautifully settled hamlets and reach to Tikedhunga.
After breakfast the trail slightly drops to Bank of the small river. From here 2 hour climbs uphill to Magar and Gurung settlement village of Ulleri, which is beautiful village placed in the middle of forest from where you can witness the magnificent Annapurna south and other snowy peaks and walking path dead you through Rhododendron forest to Ghorepani via Nanggethati overnight at lodge
Early in the morning you climb to Poon hill to witness the enthralling vista of sunrise with Mt Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I, Machhauchhare, Hiunchuli, Nilgiri and Annapurna South in the rear view and hike back to Ghorepani, breakfast. The trail leads about five hours to reach the beautiful village of Tadapani 2660m overnight at lodge.
After morning breakfast the trail directly goes downhill to Kim rung Khola through dense forest of Rhododendron and watching the miraculous vista of Annapurna south, Annapurna IV and Machhapuchchhre. From Kim rung Khola the trail slightly goes uphill to Gurung village of Chhomrung (2050m). Overnight at lodge.
After morning breakfast the trail leads you downhill for about three hour to new bridge and small break for tea/coffee or cold drinks. The trail slightly goes uphill to Landruk village with Lunch stops. After lunch in Landruk village further walk to Tolka about an hour overnight at lodge.
Start walking from early in the morning observing the magnificent views of Annapurna Himalayan Range; continue your walk along the village of Pothana and Dhampus. From here one hour of downhill trek takes you to Pedi and back to Pokhara. Your last day trekking celebrates in Pokhara with your trekking staff.
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu and transfer your hotel, spare time for your family shopping evening celebrate farewell dinner with Nepali Family.
